Terms of Service

Effective July 2, 2026Subitem Bulk Date Shift

1. Acceptance of terms

Subitem Bulk Date Shift ("the App", "we", "us", or "our") is a monday.com marketplace application operated by MD. Mohibur Rahman, an individual developer. By installing the App, accepting these terms during installation, or otherwise using the App, you agree to be bound by this agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

You accept these terms on behalf of yourself and, where you act for an organization, on behalf of that organization. You confirm that you have the authority to do so.

2. Description of the service

The App helps you shift the dates of subitems on your monday.com boards in bulk. Its features include:

The App runs on monday code, monday.com's hosting environment, and connects to your account through monday.com's OAuth flow. It reads your board data to build previews and writes date changes only when you confirm an apply.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and capable of forming a binding contract to use the App. You must also hold a valid monday.com account and comply with monday.com's own terms of service, which govern your use of the underlying platform.

4. License to use

Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App with your monday.com account for your internal business purposes. This license lasts only as long as your installation remains active and you comply with these terms.

5. Acceptable use and restrictions

You agree not to:

6. Data-modifying operations and your responsibility

The App performs operations that change your data: it shifts subitem dates on your boards. Every such change is initiated and confirmed by you. Nothing is written until you review the dry-run preview and explicitly confirm an apply.

The 60-second undo and 24-hour history are safety nets, not guarantees. They are provided to help you recover from a mistake, but you remain responsible for reviewing the dry-run preview before you apply a shift and for confirming that the result matches what you intended. We are not responsible for date changes you confirm, including changes that turn out to be unwanted after the undo window or history period has passed.

7. Subscription and billing

The App is offered on a freemium basis with Free, Pro, and Enterprise tiers. Paid tiers are billed through monday.com's native marketplace monetization, not through any external billing system we operate. Your subscription, payment, renewal, and cancellation are handled by monday.com under its billing terms.

Feature availability depends on your tier. We may change the features included in each tier over time, as described in Section 9.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any date shift, undo, or restore will always succeed. The App depends on the monday.com platform and its APIs, which are outside our control.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims relating to the App will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months before the claim arose, or fifty US dollars (US$50).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

10. Data and privacy

The App stores data per account on monday code — including your OAuth token, audit log, presets, and snapshots used for undo and history. This data is deleted when you uninstall the App. Our handling of your data is described in the separate Privacy Policy, which forms part of your agreement with us. Please review it alongside these terms.

11. Modifications to the service and to these terms

We may change, add, or remove features of the App, and we may update these terms from time to time. When we make a material change to these terms, we will update the effective date above and, where practical, provide notice through the App or the marketplace listing. Your continued use of the App after a change takes effect means you accept the revised terms. If you do not agree, uninstall the App.

12. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your monday.com account. Uninstalling deletes the data the App stores for your account, as described in Section 10 and the Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you breach these terms, if required by monday.com or by law, or if we discontinue the App. On termination, the license granted in Section 4 ends and you must stop using the App. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law — will continue to apply.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the developer's country of residence, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. You agree that any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the App will be subject to the competent courts of that jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by law.
