Subitem Bulk Date Shift is priced per monday.com account, not per seat. You pay one flat price and everyone on the account can use the app. The plan you choose only changes how much you can shift at once and whether you get the two power features: scheduling a shift to run later, and sharing presets across your team.

Every plan, including Free, includes the core of the app: the dry-run preview, the 60-second undo and 24-hour history, business-day and holiday handling, personal presets, and the admin audit log. Nothing about how the app protects your data changes between plans.

Which plan fits

Free is for trying the app and for small boards. Three shifts a day and up to fifty subitems per shift is enough to reschedule a small project by hand a few times a week.

Pro is for teams that reschedule often. You get unlimited shifts a day, up to two hundred subitems in one pass, and the ability to schedule a shift to run on its own at a later time.

Enterprise is for larger teams that want no ceiling and want to standardize how they reschedule. It removes the subitem limit entirely and lets admins publish presets that the whole team can reuse.

Trial and billing

When you install the app you get a 14-day Enterprise trial, so you can use every feature before deciding on a plan. No card is needed to start the trial. When it ends, the account moves to Free unless you choose a paid plan.

Paid plans are billed through the monday.com marketplace, on the same invoice as your other monday apps. Yearly billing costs ten months for twelve, so two months are free. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from your monday.com account.
